What if my shipment needs to stay in the hub port for a shorter or longer period than the agreed Free time?
If you decide to load your shipment from the hub port earlier than planned, you can do that up to 72 hours before the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the hub port of the new selected vessel. If you wish to stay longer in the hub, you can purchase additional periods of 1 week at the rate specified in your agreement. Only you’ll need to send a request to your Maersk customer care business partner/service agent no later than 72 hours before the estimated time of departure (ETD) of the initially planned vessel from the hub port.
