Penny Moulton

UPS Canadian Compliance Director

As Director of Customs and Trade Compliance, Penny is responsible for customs compliance and CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) for UPS SCS, as well as partnering with customers on their compliance needs and requirements with the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA). She holds a professional Brokerage License from CBSA and attained the professional designation in logistics from the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation.

Penny is a Certified Customs Specialist and Certified Trade Compliance Specialist. She also serves as a board member for the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers and sits on the advisory board for Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario.

Peter Shaw

UPS Canadian Compliance Manager

Peter Shaw is the manager responsible for Customs Compliance for UPS Canada’s small package operations. He is responsible for maintaining the relationship with CBSA supporting both the brokerage and carrier operations. His 26 years of experience in the small package brokerage industry allows for a reliable resource to support UPS both within Canada and globally as needed.

Peter holds both a Professional Brokerage License from CBSA as well as the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers Certified Customs Specialist designation.
