The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is preparing to roll out the second phase of its CARM (CBSA Assessment & Revenue Management) Client Portal (CCP). This CARM Release 2 will add new functionality to the CCP for customers managing customs transactions for shipments into and out of Canada.

Tammy Bilodeau
Vice President, UPS Canada Customs Brokerage
Tammy Bilodeau, Vice President of UPS Canada Customs Brokerage, has been with UPS for 26 years. Tammy has her Bachelors of Business Administration degree and Customs Certified Specialist designation. She is married with 2 wonderful children and is an active member of the community, serving on the Board of Liberty Lane and supporting United Way and other local charities.
Penny Moulton
Director, Customs Brokerage Compliance, UPS SCS CA
As Director of Trade Management Services and Trade Compliance, Penny works with multinational companies and stakeholders to assist them in navigating Canadian importing legislation. Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Yorkville University with CCLP, CCS and CTCS designations. She currently sits on the Canadian Border Customs Consultative Committees (BCCCs) with the Customs Border Services Agency.
Peter Shaw
Director, Customs Brokerage Compliance, UPS CA
Peter Shaw is the director responsible for Customs Compliance for UPS Canada’s small package operations. He is responsible for maintaining the relationship with CBSA supporting both the brokerage and carrier operations. His 26 years of experience in the small package brokerage industry allows for a reliable resource to support UPS both within Canada and globally as needed. He holds both a Professional Brokerage License from CBSA as well as the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers Certified Customs Specialist designation as well.
